| Medical Emergencies: Please phone the surgery number first (020 89076989).If it is not possible to get through immediately, or in the case of life threatening emergencies, ring 999 for an ambulance. | ||||||||||||||||||

| Surgery Consultations | Please book appointments in advance if possible. The surgery does operate an 'Advanced Access Service'. This works well if patients try and book their routine appointments in advance (for eg prescription updates or blood pressure checkups). We will however see people who are ill and need assistance the same day. |
| Surgery closed | Please note that surgery is closed from 13H00 on Wednesdays and Thursdays. |
| Reception closed | Reception is closed between 12H00 and 15H00 pm Monday, Tuesday and Fridays . |
| Home visits | Home visits are intended for those patients unable to attend the Medical Centre and these are up to the discretion of the doctor. If possible, please telephone the surgery between 09H00 am and 10H00 am if you think you need a home visit, . |
| Results of tests | Appointments for blood tests need to be
booked at Kenton Bridge Medical Centre reception, and then these are done at
Kenmore Clinic, Kenmore Road. Blood tests and X-ray results are usually returned to
us after 7 days. These then are checked by a doctor. Please
make an appointment or contact the
practice for results.
WE WILL TRY AND CONTACT YOU IF THE RESULTS ARE ABNORMAL, HOWEVER IT IS IN YOUR INTERESTS TO PHONE THE SURGERY DURING THESE HOURS TO GET YOUR RESULTS. |
