| The Kenton Bridge Medical Centre: Earache | |
| Earache: Earache may follow colds or can occur without other illness. Children complaining of earache pull their ears, may have a high temperature and in severe infections can vomit. Please treat with paediatric paracetamol and fluids. There is new medical evidence which suggests that antibiotics may not help ear infection. If pain or temperature does not settle after 24 hours consult the doctor. Earache may be due to tooth problems. | |
