Elephants (Loxodonta africanus).  The Ark is near 'Treetops' where Queen Elizabeth visited many years ago, in the Aberdaire Game Park in Kenya. Everyone stays overnight in a building that looks like Noah's Ark and overlooks a waterhole with a natural salt lick. The animals come to drink and bells are used to wake the guests who rush to see what animals are visiting. No sleep but great fun. These elephants were there to greet us on our first afternoon in August 1997.
