| 2, 3 and 4 months |
- DTaP/IPV/Hib (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Polio,Haemophylus influenzae)
- Meningitis (Type C)
|
Children who have missed the Meningitis Immunisation will have two injections , 1 month
apart, between 5 and 12 months of age.

| 12 months |
- MMR (Mumps, Measles, Rubella)
- Meningitis **
|
** If child is over 1 year old and has missed the previous
immunisations for Meningitis C only one injection is needed.
|
| 4 years |
- dTaP/IPV or DTaP/IPV (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis,Polio)
- MMR Booster
|
This is also known as the preschool booster. Children will also have a check-up at this
age.
|
| 15 years |
- Td/IPV (Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio)
|
Tetanus is given up to 5 doses in a lifetime for prevention of the disease. Anyone
injured 10 years after a booster injection should have another booster. |
